Teal
W. Anderson is an associate attorney at Lents & Foley, LLP. Her
employment litigation practice emphasizes representation of employees
in unpaid wage class actions and California Labor Code violation claims.
Ms.
Anderson received her J.D. from Whittier College of Law in 2.5 years
through their accelerated program. While in law school she made the
Dean’s List, received the CALI excellence for the future award in Torts
and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board. Ms. Anderson also
interned for the Orange County Public Defenders Office where she worked in
the juvenile law department.
Ms.
Anderson received her B.A. degree from Whittier College where she majored
in English Literature with a minor in Philosophy. During college Ms.
Anderson was a member of the English Honors Society and the Philosophy
Honors Society. Ms. Anderson also spent a semester studying abroad at
Nottingham University in England.
Ms.
Anderson is a member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and
Employment Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association.
Ms. Anderson is a member of the California State Bar
and admitted to practice in California state courts as well as the United
States District Court for the Central District of California.
