Chun-Ying Frank Lin, Associate Attorney at Lents & Foley, LLPChun-Ying Frank Lin is an associate attorney at Lents & Foley, LLP. His litigation practice emphasizes representation of employees in claims of Wrongful Termination, Discrimination, and Sexual Harassment.  He also focuses his practice on advising, counseling, and representing non profit corporations.

Mr. Lin received his J.D. from Chapman University School of Law, where he was a Circulation Manager and staff editor for the NEXUS Law Journal. While in law school, Mr. Lin was also a judicial extern for Judge Clay M. Smith at the Orange County Superior Court. Mr. Lin received CALI awards in Advanced Legal Research, Legal Research & Writing I, and Civil Procedure I & II.

Mr. Lin received his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society.

Mr. Lin is a member of the State Bar of California and admitted to practice in California state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Lin is a member at the Tzu-Chi Buddhist Relief Organization and has participated in international relief work in El Salvador and Mexico. He is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Teal W. Anderson is an associate attorney at Lents & Foley, LLP. Teal W. Anderson is an associate attorney at Lents & Foley, LLP. Her employment litigation practice emphasizes representation of employees in unpaid wage class actions and California Labor Code violation claims. 

 

Ms. Anderson received her J.D. from Whittier College of Law in 2.5 years through their accelerated program.  While in law school she made the Dean’s List, received the CALI excellence for the future award in Torts and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board.  Ms. Anderson also interned for the Orange County Public Defenders Office where she worked in the juvenile law department. 

 

Ms. Anderson received her B.A. degree from Whittier College where she majored in English Literature with a minor in Philosophy.  During college Ms. Anderson was a member of the English Honors Society and the Philosophy Honors Society.  Ms. Anderson also spent a semester studying abroad at Nottingham University in England.

 

Ms. Anderson is a member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and Employment Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association.

 

Ms. Anderson is a member of the California State Bar and admitted to practice in California state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
