FOLEY ELECTED CHAIR, COSTA MESA PLANNING COMMISSION Costa Mesa, CA--March 2001. Lents & Foley, LLP is pleased to announce that partner Katrina Anne Foley was elected Chair of the Costa Mesa Planning Commission. Costa Mesa begins Women's History Month by electing its only two women Planning Commissioners to the positions of Chair and Vice-Chair. In a 5-0 vote, the Costa Mesa Planning Commission elected Foley as Chair to replace Commissioner Walter Davenport whose Chairmanship of the Commission lasted more than a decade. Commissioner Katie Wilson was elected to the position of Vice-Chair. Earlier this year, Costa Mesa elected two other women to lead the City, Mayor Libby Cowan and Mayor Pro-Tem Linda Dixon. Foley will also act as the liaison to the Planning Commission on the City's steering committee for the Home Ranch Development Agreement. Foley's practice with Lents &

currently serves as a board member for the Orange County Women Lawyer's
Association and Women In Leadership. She received her law degree from Seattle
