Lents & Foley, LLP is pleased to announce that partner Michelle M. Lents was elected president of the Orange County Women Lawyers Association.Ms. Lents' theme for her term will be "Expanding Opportunities for Orange County Women Lawyers" She plans to achieve her goals by (1) Diversifying Membership, (2) Encouraging access to the judiciary and legislative branches, and (3) Promoting Practice Development. Ms. Lents will be sworn in at a ceremony held at noon on December 5 at the OCMA/Turnip Rose. Federal Bankruptcy Judge Barr will preside over the ceremony. Ms. Lents' practice with Lents & Foley, LLP is dedicated primarily to employment and business law. Ms. Lents is also a member of the Peter M. Elliot Inn of Court and the University of San Diego Law School Law Alumni Board, working on establishing an Orange County Chapter. She received her law degree from the University of San Diego Law School in 1993.
